Disappointing lack of reaction to lost item
First move went well. Second move the team loss a small but important part of one of my tables. Charles the driver became quite assertive and wanted to see a picture on my phone proving the part had been in place when they collected the table from storage. Fortunately I have such a picture! No word from Claude, no apology, no courtesy call, nothing. When I phoned him a few weeks after the incident he said he'd delegated the issue to a subordinate who had subsequently left the company. Disappointing.

Move the VIP way with Little loads
Little loads have moved house for me twice now and family another time. Still the same staff from the first time 4 years ago headed by Claude the owner. Not a single item damaged or broken. My furniture is all expensive with an antique longcase clock dating back to 1700. Claude even went the extra mile to collect new fridge from a local hyperstore

Excellent service
Working with Claude Muller and his team at Little Loads was a great experience. Not only did they move us well and efficiently with no damage or breakage, the help and compassion they offered before, during and after the move itself were second to none. This is a team you can rely on and they exceeded our expectations. I happily recommend them to anyone.

Moving house in good hands!
Little Loads Furniture Removals was recommended to me by an Estate Agent. The whole moving experience went so smoothly, everything accounted for and at a very reasonable rate! It took a whole day to complete the huge task, heavy furniture had to be carried in heavy rain - but still only smiles and a positive attitude! Thank you so much, I gladly recommend you!

Little Loads was employed to move my belongings on Saturday the 5th of March 2016.<br> <br> On arrival at the new address, I noticed that some of my belongings have been rummaged through and my Ipad, among other items, was missing.<br> <br> On contacting Claude Muller he simply said he cant prove anything and I should report this to the police. I have done that but it seems that this is a common occurrence. I have therefore reported the company as a whole to the police to be investigated. <br> <br> When your quote is the lowest and items of value go missing repeatedly and Little Loads simply raise their shoulders obliviously, it infers organised crime.

Once you have paid,you are on your own
We recently move from Blackheath to a retirement village in Honeydew.We called Little Loads and accepted their quotation for the removal of our furniture to the new location and paid a 50% deposit to secure the move.<br> They were very helpful & professional in their approach.<br> The move was executed efficiently & timeously.<br> As we were unpacking we noticed that a few items were missing & that there was some minor damage to some of the furniture.<br> We reported this to Claude Muller who came out to inspect the damage &<br> <br> to take note of the missing items.He promised to look into the situation immediately.<br> We also received the final invoice which we paid the same day.(obviously a mistake)<br> We were also told that there would be a refund for the returned boxes.<br> Well, that was it .Despite a number of follow up emails from me to Claude,nothing has happened.We feel that they have had sufficient time to sort out the problems.We may be pensioners but we don,t forget easily<br> Is this a case of once you have paid it is the end of the deal despite outstanding items?.
