Despicable owner at Kryolan Woodmead
DO NOT BUY FROM KRYOLAN WOODMEAD. I've had disgusting service from the owner of Kryolan Woodmead who promised me a refund of over R800 but has not done it. Despicable man :(

Disappointing lack of reaction to lost item
First move went well. Second move the team loss a small but important part of one of my tables. Charles the driver became quite assertive and wanted to see a picture on my phone proving the part had been in place when they collected the table from storage. Fortunately I have such a picture! No word from Claude, no apology, no courtesy call, nothing. When I phoned him a few weeks after the incident he said he'd delegated the issue to a subordinate who had subsequently left the company. Disappointing.

Awesome experience with renovations
Cannot recommend them enough. Reliable and trustworthy with amazing attention to detail. Gavin and his team renovated my bathroom, tiled and painted my house without a single mishap and it looks beeeeawdiful. We'll only use this company in future.

Would give 10 stars if I could
Hansgrohe deserve 10 stars for awesome service from Louise and David. Over the past 8 years I have renovated 4 bathrooms and a kitchen and ALWAYS, ALWAYS use Hansgrohe taps and accessories. Cannot recommend them enough.
