What a disappointment in the quality and service of Hansgrohe. I bought 2 Kitchen Faucets in around 2018. These faucets were not exactly cheap. I was thinking at the time ..rather pay and buy good quality as it's expensive to buy cheap and with the life long guarantee who could go wrong. Both of these faucets began with the same issues around 2021/22. I cannot get a service tech to come and fix the problem as I believe it's not a problem to fix. No communication from Hansgrohe whatsoever. I called several times....I got confirmation from the retailer where I purchased the kitchen faucets. Sent it to Hansgrohe as requested by them and still no response since 2024. What an utter disappointment in an expensive product and the utter useless and no after sales service.

Over the years I've always had good products from Hansgrohe like many other suppliers. For me the difference was when something went wrong, after a coating started to flake on a kitchen mixer i contacted them and they replaced the part, delivered it (100kms away) and fitted it without asking a single question other than proof of purchase. A year later there was a similar issue on a differenat are of the tap and again they replaced the whole tap unit and made a site visit to fit it. I don;t have an issue when something goes wrong with a product or service but when a company stands good on their warranty I have to give them kudos in this day and age.

Heaven help anyone buying a defective or non working product from this company. Not sure how they operate in the rest of South Africa but here in Durban am getting ZERO support and NO assistance whatsoever! My newly purchased Mixer does not function at all and they appear to just ignore my numerous requests for assistance!

Hansgrohe deserve 10 stars for awesome service from Louise and David. Over the past 8 years I have renovated 4 bathrooms and a kitchen and ALWAYS, ALWAYS use Hansgrohe taps and accessories. Cannot recommend them enough.

I purchased an item from New Anchor for a Hansgrohe shower system. I have been waiting over 3 months for it. No one at Hansgrohe responds to my query as to when the items will arrive and no one at new Anchor also responds. Service is absolutely perthetic. Won't ever consider buying from either hansgrohe or there suppliers such as new anchor

I was looking for a replacement cartridge for my Hansgrohe kitchen sink mixer and decided to go look online. I found the contact for Hansgrohe South Africa agent in Canal Walk and gave them a call. To my surprise I was told that they cannot sell directly to the public and that I have to work via a retailer to purchase replacement cartridge. I was taken aback and annoyed by this and after questioning the agent about it, she had the audacity to end the call without the issue being resolved. I decided to call a retailer and a day later I am still waiting for the price of the replacement part. I think Hansgrohe South Africa's sales policy is STUPID and because of the way I was treated I will be removing all their products from my house. I will not be recommending their products anymore.
