Once again I want to give ABSA HOC a minus 10 stars. In this instance it's again a matter of ...Have no expectations and I will not be disappointed!!! 1 st Borehole pump gave up on us...HOC refused to fit the bill because it's wear and tear...fare enough we replace and pay for this. A month later lightning strikes , new Borehole pump gets hit...no water and ABSA FEELS LESS THAN NOTHING!!!!! WE ARE STILL WAITING TO GET ANY ANSWERS!!!! What a disgrace!!
What a disappointment in the quality and service of Hansgrohe. I bought 2 Kitchen Faucets in around 2018. These faucets were not exactly cheap. I was thinking at the time ..rather pay and buy good quality as it's expensive to buy cheap and with the life long guarantee who could go wrong. Both of these faucets began with the same issues around 2021/22. I cannot get a service tech to come and fix the problem as I believe it's not a problem to fix. No communication from Hansgrohe whatsoever. I called several times....I got confirmation from the retailer where I purchased the kitchen faucets. Sent it to Hansgrohe as requested by them and still no response since 2024. What an utter disappointment in an expensive product and the utter useless and no after sales service.
I Purchased a Canon Printer @ R3699 last year July after a long discussion about not printing a lot however when I needed it, it must be a good quality print and printer. I wasn't entirely happy with it however I managed. I needed to print last week Tuesday and it let me down with a flashing light which to me indicated refill if ink. I go and purchase the ink at Inc Con R1000 further and refilled the tanks. Still no change. I cannot print no matter what I do or reset. I go to Incredible Connection at the Cradle stone Mall where I purchased the printer to enquire about this flashing light. I was informed to bring the printer in...which I didn't have time for. I was told it's probably a quick reset and emptying the waste tanks. I take the printer in in Wednesday 8th to just get frustrated about bad communication. I didn't take my purchase slip with. I was told to pay R200 and a diagnosis/ gault finding will be done. I was sent from one counter to another and back again. They couldn't get it to reset. I informed them I need a printer URGENTLY!!!! I CALLED Thursday morning to give the purchase slip details and was I formed I will hear back from them before close of business. The call never happened. I called today again just before 12. I was told it must go in for repairs. Why do these people have such bad communication and I am stuck in a huge dilemma with the printer.
ABSA at it again. Zero stars for ABSA!! We sold our home and the bond was on Private One. Bond was paid and we were in credit. The balance just under R7k A day later *HUGE SUPRISE!* Small amount added as interest then almost half of the total amount was deducted as "interest" to the bank. We owed nothing yet interest charged? Private One account was closed and the remainder of the money was deposited into our cheque account. I called private banking. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. 1. Bank policy. While the account is still open there will be interest paid. 2. We owe nothing to the bank...they owe us ..yet they take interest. 3. I have no means or authority to close that account yet I am at the mercy of ABSA to close it...and we pay INTEREST ... FOR WHAT? 4. while the account is open it will accrue interest. 5. It's *****ing, there is no other explanation!
I will give a zero star for ABSA Home insurance company!!!! 1 star is too much star!! There is no worse insurance than ABSA insurance!!! The fights I've had with this insurance is beyond comprehension. A ****** climbed onto our home in Rustenburg causing severe damage to the tiles in the midst of the torrential rain pouring down. Needless to say the damage to the ceilings let alone the roof is not covered by ABSA Insurance!! No damage caused by animals are covered by ABSA insurance!!!!! Even an animal we have no control over, a wild animal causing damage.... my goodness - if it was a domestic animal or tame ****** I can understand. I am once again honest and open to what happened and once again our insurance is not coming to the rescue!!!!!! At least cover the cost of the ceilings - not even that is covered as we covered the cost of the roof to be fixed stopping further damage!! ABSA is the worst bank by far and so is the insurance!!!
MTN is pathetic no matter which franchise one visits. MTN makes solemn promises high and low but cannot deliver!! 1. Ordered a device on an upgrade around the 24th of Feb 2024. This 9rder was cancelled without notice to us waiting like fools for the device. 2. We go to MTN Cradlesrtone Mall Pinehaven, Gauteng on 9th March 2024. They then do the upgrade and we choose a device including a tab promising to calk ke 8n the 13th when the divices stribe in the shop. 3. A week goes by and no call. I call them seceral tines to ko avail. Nobody answers that phone. 4. I walk in there on the 23 March just to learn that the actual devices on offer was on specoal edition not available anymore. The manager asks Junior who helped us upgrade if he informed us if this to which he answered NO!! needless to say- I was livid. 5. We go to Clearwater Mall, Gaiteng explaining the situation to which we were promised it wont happen im this shop and they will endure a good service. 6. Bongi the srea manager spoke to me as well as Gabriellle the OPPO representative. Both these people made solemn promises the devices WILL BE ST CLEARWATER ON WEDNESDAY THE 27TH MARCH. As i am sitting in the MTN Shop currently NO DEVICES HAS ARRIVED the attitude is bad as I insisted on staying here till the devices arrive and I am angry!!! MTN STAFF MAKES PROMISES THEY CANNOT KEEP!!!! FED UP. WE ARE GOING TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF MIGRATING OUR CELL NUMBERS TO VODACOM!!!! SO FED UP WITH M5N AND OPPO !!!

Beautiful stories, kind words, and once you fall into the trap of investing to trade with Banxso it's too late!! When this started my hubby invested a small 2 figure amount. He began trading small amounts and verconservatively even after he was advisrd to trade an amount he still held back. Kenny always traded with less than what was advised. He had the ability to judge certain trades and traded accordingly. Being careful and conscious of the risks. Slowly but surely Kenny gained confidence due to Sean giving him the all clear on his ability and of how the trading works but never knew the whole truth of this platform untill it was too late. We decided we will use our very hard earned savings because Kenny is careful . Yes we made a bit of money because Kenny spent hours in front of his laptop and earned every sent of R150k .(that's how they catch you) you begin to think all is good and you as a rooky now know enough to do the trades like a pro. (They withhold certain info) Kenny was told if he put in 1 mill the company will add R500K bonus for his benefit to trade with however this bonus amount will never be his to withdraw apart from the profits only. We added a 7 figure amount...almost all of our savings. Now the beautiful lies and stories really start. Nerve wrecking. Kenny was told to trade on Natural Gas, making him believe he will make a few million to add to his savings. BS as this was lies and they kept on with more Lies. Kenny was not comfotable however he took Sean's advise anyway. Here is the truth.... Kenny was never told about SWAPS .. this was a word he has never heard of since he began tradin with Sean's as his coach, not once was SWAPS mentioned. Little did he know that certain commodities/indexes have SWAPS and other commidities/indexes don't have it. Hard lesson indeed till its almost too late. All of a sudden his money got less and less as Natural Gas never reached the margin and the longer it took to close the trade the more money was lost. Kenny now began asking the questions and he demanded answers.. oh' they say "we will look into this, don't worry". 😳 "Add another R350 000 and we will add +++ bonuses and take away swaps ..manipulating the system right? I lost my cool...blamed my hubby and it's putting pressure on our marriage!!! Oh and now they want to speak to me too ...I was fuming mad and all the pretty stories of how they can help Kenny to get things better again. ALL OF IT IS BS AND LIES!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES!! The SWAPS eat at your trading investment but never eats away at their bonuses they add as that bonus amount stays their money. You lose, Banxso never loses!!! They make money from you and the longer a trade sits the more you lose...the SWAPS was never ever mentioned during training and I suspect they tell you to trade in commodities which they know will be affected by SWAPS because it takes so long and its to their benefit. The absolute nerve they have to ask you to add more and more money so you can recover your losses. *** ... We are now ruined as we have no idea how long this R500k will last us as it's basically all we have to live on going forward. All this after we believed we can make a little extra each month to extend our liveable amount. We are dependent on our savings. Banxso investment managers have no conscience and feel nothing for your well being with how the system is taught to a beginner. We have No loan with Direcy Axis yes every month am a.punt of R319 is deducted from our account!!!!! Direct Axis is a fraudulent Company stealing our money from our account!!!
I booked and paid for same day service, collection was to happen before 12 mid day, needless to say they never collected in time. I cancelled the booking and re-booked a normal collection for the following day. Well well ... Several emails stating that nobody was available which is the biggest lie ever!!! After several phone calls to The Courier Guy every excuse in the book was used to cover their incompetence!!!! This is unacceptable!!!
