Incorrect, cheaper and inferior product delivered. Returned and reordered (on advice from Takealot) and same inferior cheaper product delivered again.

Received a quotation, accepted and paid for three pendant lights on Friday 4 October at Eagle Lighting PE. Received no confirmation of order placed and when we followed up on Wednesday were informed by salesman that there had been a problem and he had quoted on incorrect model of lights requested. He would check with his store buyer/manager and revert to us. Following day we received a mail informing that they had decided to cancel the deal; (******* in my view) and we were told to request a refund. Informed that they would not make sufficient profit (75% mark up) on quoted price. Worst Customer Service and Business Practices I have experienced in my life.

Incorrect item delivered two months later and no response/reply despite numerous emails and web based query. Communication/feedback is pathetic
Have requested twice to have address changed on invoices and statements to no avail. Not sure who I should be engaging with to achieve anything with this simple request. Shocking service
Terrible customer care service and non delivery. Had to take an afternoon off work in order to take personal delivery of new SIM Card. Does not arrive during allotted time, contact company and driver then lies to them and informs he was told via SMS no one at home. Am leaving early next morning on holiday and was then promised that he would deliver even if late. Again no show! Shoddy and unprofessional
Waterfall Mall Rustenburg staff lazy unprofessional and unhelpful. Should not be allowed to work with customers. Have not had such a bad experience for a long time
Wonderful experience with friendly and helpful lady in the Rustenburg branch today. Wish more companies had staff like this ?
Have received no feedback other than the generic response that we will get back to you within 48 hours which was not done.
