On 28 May 2025, we received exemplary advice at Eagle Lighting in Lakeside. The sales representative Barry Warrin was not only very courteous and helpful, he was extremely competent, he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and also brought in new ideas. We wish we had more such exemplary sales people. We highly recommend this branch and will definitely come back. Thank you, Barry.

Received a quotation, accepted and paid for three pendant lights on Friday 4 October at Eagle Lighting PE. Received no confirmation of order placed and when we followed up on Wednesday were informed by salesman that there had been a problem and he had quoted on incorrect model of lights requested. He would check with his store buyer/manager and revert to us. Following day we received a mail informing that they had decided to cancel the deal; (******* in my view) and we were told to request a refund. Informed that they would not make sufficient profit (75% mark up) on quoted price. Worst Customer Service and Business Practices I have experienced in my life.

I'm a worker for this place going for 3 years now , it's honestly the most ****tiest place I've ever worked for , every year between July/August we are allowed to take of our annual leave, it's been 2 years since we could take leave that time of the year , 2022 has been a good year for the store in terms of making target right through the year , just to get a 4% increase which is R250 , it's just not fair , the workers of this company have been putting literally their all into the work and orders to go out , also.......the management of this company are extremely racist!

I wish I’d remembered to check here before purchasing from them online. I ordered an ultraviolet lamp, first one blew as soon as I turned it on. I had it replaced and the replacement doesn't come on at all. Alway check on Hellopeter before buying online!!!

I do not get offered an apology, I get told off for not checking stock! The "sales consultant" Eric insists that the quote expired on one day earlier than stated on the quote and makes statements like "Ek wil nou nie 'n **** wees nie..." Utterly unacceptable.</div>
