Received a quotation, accepted and paid for three pendant lights on Friday 4 October at Eagle Lighting PE. Received no confirmation of order placed and when we followed up on Wednesday were informed by salesman that there had been a problem and he had quoted on incorrect model of lights requested. He would check with his store buyer/manager and revert to us. Following day we received a mail informing that they had decided to cancel the deal; (******* in my view) and we were told to request a refund. Informed that they would not make sufficient profit (75% mark up) on quoted price. Worst Customer Service and Business Practices I have experienced in my life.
