I returned an order and have been waiting close to three weeks for my refund. My requests for a call back have been ignored and there is absolutely no way of contacting them.
At least they’re consistent in one thing - poor service, ALWAYS! I placed an order online via the app . i’ve received no communication from them. my order has arrived and there are items missing. I now have to do the legwork and physically go to the store to get my refund. the call Centre is not helpful at all what a shame!
I bought products online over two weeks ago. There has been zero communication from this company. No updates, no reply to my emails, no response on their WhatsApp chat line, NOTHING! I’ve requested a refund and still there’s silence. How these bogus companies continue to operate beats me, really.

I have paid for a service and 5 days later, still no WiFi. Their service is disgusting, the absolute worst! You can only reach them via WhatsApp and each time I start a chat, requesting for help I get asked to provide all my details short of my shoe size and blood type, just to end up nowhere. I want my money back!!
I have been waiting for a “same day delivery”. My order has been delayed apparently because they couldn’t locate my address, yet they made a delivery to me as recent as last week! I can’t reschedule in the app, call centre is useless, no reply to emails… wow.
I’ve been a happy customer for the longest time until they started to discriminate against me! I cannot select a COD payment method because of where I live - when I select a different delivery address the COD payment option suddenly becomes available. It seems they no longer wish to have my business, I’m no longer the target market unless I live in an affluent suburb. Wow...
How does this company not communicate with their customers? I’ve been expecting delivery from these couriers since last week and have not heard a word from them. Can’t even get a hold of them via their WhatsApp line. Nothing on their website about any other means of communication. ***???
Never have I ever found joy with the Multi Choice consultants, that is, until today. I spoke to a lady by the name of Iviwe to reconnect my services. She was well mannered and very efficient. Thanks Viwe!
Samkelisiwe from the customer service department is incredibly unprofessional. Kept speaking to me in a language I don’t understand no matter how many times I told her. And then she hung up on me!..my query has still not been resolved
