Worst customer service I've ever experienced for overpriced clothing! Terrible!

OWS ME MONEY
I received an e-mail that a registration fee of R110.00 is payable for the new year, we wanted to cancel our subscription for a long time and thought this is the right time before we have to pay for a new year that we are going to cancel anyway. I phoned them and cancelled on the 19/10/2015, by phone and email. The next month a debit order went of for the R110.00 for 2016, i asked them multiple times to pay back my money but they just ignore me!
