Ordered two Tops at the beginning of march, Till now not received anything. I had to Pay immediately R1005 plus Courier fee, which I did.! Now on the 09 May, I am following up with the owner of Loka Jeans/ Lokally ( Kloof, Durban Based )( now name changed to Hamba Jeans) and my whatsapp's are ignored, My telephone calls are Ignored and not returned. Not even the decency to just reply. Yes I ran away with your money! The worst Customer service I have EVER experienced. I would not recommend LOKA JEANS/LOKALLY/HAMBA JEANS to anyone. Bunch of Scammers.

I have ordered a dress on the 4th of March. I received an invoice on the 5th of March (R1030!!! inclusive of R50 courier service). I payed the invoice immediately. Now, it is the 8th of May, I haven't received any dress up to now, I was notified that the dress will be delivered in 2 weeks. I asked for a refund on the 22nd of April, but a lot of excuses. The dress is a summers dress (I know, a bit late in the season, but still). Almost 2 months later, and in the winter. And STILL NO DRESS!!!. This is poor service. They blame load shedding. I can understand if its a week or 2 late. If there is a back order, notify the clients of the delay, and then send the invoice. This is unacceptable. The 22 April, they said a refund / credit will be issued - I am still waiting for any other feedback!!!!

Terrible service. Please note that they are AGENTS for Loka and not Loka official. Customer service is non existent and I honestly believe this agent is damaging a wonderful clothing brand. They will courier to the wrong address after making you wait weeks for your order, courier the incorrect order and then ghost you when you ask for a refund. Getting a reply out of them regarding your purchase is nearly impossible. I had to literally beg for a reply each time I communicated with this woman. And then she would still only reply if she felt like it. Never experienced service this bad before and I buy online at least once a week. She honestly doesn’t care, as soon as she’s got your money it’s over. I really hope Loka reconsiders this agent distributing their beautiful and unique clothing. I often buy from Loka online (not Loka Jeans!!) and Loka George. Service there has always been excellent.

Loka Jeans service is shocking. I ordered 2 pairs of loka Carla in November, which were defective. I waited over 2 months for them to be collected. It's been over a week since they have been collected. I have not heard from anyone. No one bothers to follow up or give any feedback. I have requested a refund many times, no reply.

Good day, I just want to say I received excellent service from LOKA BOUTIQUE - BETHLEHEM. My Comfy Carla was to small and Hanlie exchange it for me with no problem. Yesterday I put in my new order and this morning I already received it. Thank you Hanlie for the second excellent service from you! You are the best!!!

I've placed an order with Loka Jeans on the 1st July 2021, item in stock according to their app. One week later, I've had no joy on any of my queries in regard to this order. Decided to cancel the order, due to very bad client service, requested a refund seeing that you need to pay immediately on order including delivery, guess what no joy once again, no feedback nothing. This is absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced.
