I have ordered a dress on the 4th of March. I received an invoice on the 5th of March (R1030!!! inclusive of R50 courier service). I payed the invoice immediately. Now, it is the 8th of May, I haven't received any dress up to now, I was notified that the dress will be delivered in 2 weeks. I asked for a refund on the 22nd of April, but a lot of excuses. The dress is a summers dress (I know, a bit late in the season, but still). Almost 2 months later, and in the winter. And STILL NO DRESS!!!. This is poor service. They blame load shedding. I can understand if its a week or 2 late. If there is a back order, notify the clients of the delay, and then send the invoice. This is unacceptable. The 22 April, they said a refund / credit will be issued - I am still waiting for any other feedback!!!!
