Shocking service
Loka Jeans service is shocking. I ordered 2 pairs of loka Carla in November, which were defective. I waited over 2 months for them to be collected. It's been over a week since they have been collected. I have not heard from anyone. No one bothers to follow up or give any feedback. I have requested a refund many times, no reply.

Cell number changed on at branch for opt, but isn't working
Hi. My husband has been into a branch several times to have his cell number updated for his otp and the branch has promised him several times that it has been updated, to date, the otp is still going to his old number which he has no access to. Pls can you advise who can get this resolved as it is very frastrating.
