I would like to thank Calvin Bapela who has assisted me with my claim CP864916MP. He has gone above and beyond to personally oversee my claim. It was a lengthly process and he was contactable throughout the claim. He was efficient, helpful and empathetic. Thank you Calvin.
Paid for a Giant Bean Bag and nothing was delivered. No tracking number. No response to emails. No option to have my money returned.
Upon ordering a seafood meal I opened the box to find beef. Firstly this was supposed to be a prawn and calamari curry noodles. Instead I find a beef dish that totally infringes on my religious beliefs. I was totally disgusted to find that the store in question Simply Asia Kenilworth promised a replacement meal of the correct meal and would be at my house in 40 minutes. 2 hours later I find myself posting his distasteful report on this site. I spoke to the manager - Richard and up to this time he hasn't had the decency to return my call with an explanation or apology. This is SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE.
Absa Kenilworth Center had many people unhappy waiting in a que hoping to be seen to 1 of 2 consultants.
