<p>This offer was found on groupon , I bought myself and my partner a full day spa package, we arrived at 2pm as schedeled and the first massage was done, well enjoyed, from there white patrons arrived and we suddenly were invisible we were requested to shower prior "lunch" which was chips and peanuts half a donut and cool drink, which lated 3pm to 4pm, at 4pm I enquired when will be continuing our treatment and we were requested to wait, 2 other white patrons arrive and they get attention, we enquire again and Joy the owner requests my partner to get her manicure and pedicure whic lasted for 45 mins while I was sitting in the waiting area covered in plastic awaiting sauna treatment, at 5 to 6 we sat with my partner waiting for the white patrons to complete their treatment even though we arrived there first at 7pm I informed Joy I will not wait any longer and requested a refund , she insisted on rescheduling and sent an apology</p> <p>"Good Evening Lloyd and Partner , my Sincere Apologies Again for Sa****ay<br />I take Full Responsibility for<br />Everything that transpired in the Spa on Saurday</p> <p>We are relocating to an Upmarket Premises on the 1sts June (if at all possible I would like to Book you and your Partner for everything as I have Quoted you and Sold to you (plus a Complimentary Mani and Pedicure for yourself )</p> <p>With Lunch (simply Asia (Chicken and Noodles , salads ,Desert ,champagne )</p> <p>My Staff and I Will adhere to all the Treatments to the very bests of Our Ability
I WAS AT THIS STORE LAST WEEK AND THIS WEEKEND LAST WEEK THE CASHIER SERVICED A WHITE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME THEY CLOSE SHOP AND WHEN I GOT TO HER SHE SIMPLY DISREGARDS ME AND INSTRUCTS ANOTHER CASHIER TO SERVICE ME, THIS WEEK THE FLOOR CLEAN SWEEP DIRT ON MY FEET I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND HOW STUPID SHE IS BUT I GAVE HER HELL THIS STORE HAS LOST MY SUPPORT, I SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY AND MY TROLLEY WAS FULL TO THE BRIM PATHETIC , I AM APPLAUD BY THIS SERVICE TWICE AND I ONLY WENT BACK BECAUSE THEY COMPLAINED THEY CLOSING I LEFT AND CAME BACK MY ITEM I WANTED WAS SOLD OUT AND STILL GOT A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE<br>
