Incompetent technicians and poor quality
Took my Jeep Compass for an oil change service to MASTER MAC on 13/12/2019 and their incompetent technicians put a lock-tight and threadlock (using a spanner) way beyond its threshold and now no other workshop can service my car without drilling the oil sump out. Phoned them to rectify their mistake and they told me that it is not their responsibility. I advise car owners to steer clear off these scammers.

Alicia Greyling an effective person
Alicia Greyling was assigned to oversee my car accident claim and she's been very effective, proactive but most importantly very professional. She provided regular updates (at least two per week) on developments regarding my claim. I was very impressed with her competence throughout and outstanding excellence should be commended and celebrated by all. My claim was handled with great professionalism and i am happy to recommend PMD to my friends, family and colleagues in particular due to excellent extended to me by Alicia Greyling of the PMD
