I hired a car from Europcar PE Airport for 10 days. When I had only had the car 4 days (minimal mileage), it was pointed out to me that the back tyre was fairly flat. I had it checked out and it turned out that the air pressure levels were totally unbalanced. <br> I phoned Europcar and got through to Christine, explaining that I no longer felt safe in that car. She listened and went to action sorting it out straight away by sending a driver with a new (upgraded) car that same afternoon (despite having to send the car 120km to Grahamstown). She was super professional as well as polite. Moses (the driver) continued this great attitude through to delivery. What amazing service, thank you!! I will definitely stay Europcar loyal as a result of this!!!
I arrived in CT international after a very long journey and was concerned about catching my connecting domestic flight in time. Charealyn (not 100% sure of spelling!) came along to the luggage collection area and was smiling and welcoming everyone. I spoke to her about my next flight and she waited with me, then escorted me the whole way through to check in and then to security. She even came to stand with me outside while I quickly had a cigarette. She was so friendly, understanding and so professional - amazing!
I phoned Exclusive Books OR Tambo domestic airport with a list of books that I required by 25 December. Emily answered the call and her friendliness and professionalism were amazing! She called me back with the plans she had made to get the books to the store. She should really be commended on her impressive customer service and warm, genuine manner!! Thank you!
I booked a cool body sculpt session with Leneesha from Cool Body Sculpt for Friday 2 October 2015. The company advertises as operating out of the spa in the Westin Hotel in Cape Town. The morning of my appointment Leneesha sent me a text message saying the spa was closed for renovations and she would meet me at room 309 in the hotel. The room was just a normal hotel room, with the equipment laid out next to a bed. Besides the whole experience feeling completely unprofessional (as well as the fact that it did not work in the slightest), Leneesha said at the time that she was unable to provide me with a receipt, but that she would email it to me. This has still not happened despite numerous texts, emails and phone calls to various people (including the Westin Spa) from my side. It has left me feeling as if it is a complete scam. At the very least, I would like a receipt.
