<p>I bought makeup from Clearwater mall on 13/07/16 for the amount of R650. The transaction declined due to a machine error, and the salesperson tried again and it went through, but the declined transaction also went off my card (FNB Discovery Credit Card).</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported the case with the manager GADI GABE at the Cradlestone mall branch with NO SUCCESS in 6 months. Everytime I get there she takes all my details again, always has an excuse of why the case was not processed yet and NEVER gets back to me. I have visited the store about 6 times regarding this matter since July 2016. Never could she give me any proof that she has reported the case. And everytime I get there I have to wait about 20 minutes to see her.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
In November 2015 I saw that I got charged R60 a month for a service (since about April 2015) that I did not ask for. When querying at the Clearwater mall branch I was told that I gave authorisation over the phone - which I never did. They said before they can pay me back they have to pull the voice recording and that will take about 3 weeks. Well we are well into feb 2016 and nothing yet! I have queried it many times with Clearwater mall and the keywest brances and I just waste my time. I have already wasted about 4 hours of my time to follow up this issue at these two branches as I have to sit and wait whilst they phone the entire world to find out what is happening and what is the status of the call retrieval.<br> <br> They will not find any recording because I have not given any consent. So please just pay back my money so that I can close my account (After being a customer for over 20 years!!!!!)<br> <br> And just this morning I got another call from some lady saying she is calling on behalf of Edgars and is trying to sell me something so I REALLY HOPE I DO NOT GET SUBSCRIBED AGAIN SOR SOMETHING JUST BECAUSE I ANSWERED THE CALL!
SUMMARY:<br> Charge for work/parts not done/replaced and does not pay back after they agreed they have invoiced me incorrectly and will reimburse me.<br> <br> DETAIL:<br> Beginning of Nov 2015 Des Plumbers was called out to fix a leaking toilet at my tenant. After my tenant informed me that they only fixed it with silicon, I queried the amount I was charged at R1350 and the plumber who worked on the toilet who explained to me that he has to change various parts and that its a big mess, etc. No parts were changed. Only silicon were used. My tenant was watching the fix. <br> <br> I queried with Margaret from Des Plumbers who then got back to me confirming I was overcharged by R500 and asked if I would like them to keep it for future call out of pay me back. I still think the R850 was a way overcharge for fixing just with silicon but in any case I chose to pay me back but after several sms and emails I have still not been paid back. My last email was not even answered. I really do not know what to think. I have been using them for the last 8 years at 3 of my properties :-( <br> <br> <br>
