No Real Repairs Here ... just broken phones and headaches
I took my phone for a glass repair both front and back covers ended up being replaced (they told me the back was buckled). After the repair my one microphone on my iPhone no longer worked. I have been back 5 times to have it repaired and in the interim lived with the sound issues for months. Each time they have a new reason it’s not working. I needed to reinstall WhatsApp but it wasn’t just not working in the program, it just had dust, it’s a known issue (neither Google or Apple agree or have this issue anywhere online), the technition that worked on your phone isn’t working today... and my favorite you need to take it to our head office for a senior technician to work on it but they are closed right now (Saturday)... oh and Then they preceded to include me on a whole host of internal emails unintentionally...have we quoted for the Repair, we will need days to assess the damage... when I made it known I was on the emails they proceeded to ignore me... no email no call as I had asked for them to resolve... crickets!! Seems they don’t take responsibility when their junior technicians (that run stores) make mistakes.

Feeding Meat to a Vegan
I went into the restaurant to order a take away. <br> The restaurant stipulates that they do Vegan options and I asked if the potato samosa's were Vegan? <br> I was advised they were. <br> I ordered this and a curry. I waited not an insignificant amount of time and told my order was ready. <br> The curry was but the samosa's were still being cooked. I paid and waited a further 20mins for the rest of my order while my curry sat getting cold. <br> <br> I was hungry so on my drive home I picked out the samosas to eat.<br> 1st was grand....but 2nd was not a potato but a mince samosa. <br> <br> I called the restaurant as soon as I was home to advise them. <br> The girl who served me was sympathetic and promised the owner would be giving me a call ... this was 10 days ago and I have not heard anything.<br> <br> They don't know why I choose to live Vegan and giving me meat is on par with serving a Muslim or Jew Pork.<br> Its completely unacceptable! Made worse by the owners treatment of the matter which has lost them a very vocal customer. <br>
