My MTN account reflects in arrears even after the legal department confirmed receiving all my payments made from December 2022 up until March 2023. My line has been suspended for the second time this year and even though MTN confirmed in writing that my MTN account is up to date. Since the beginning of this year i have had this same problem with MTN. They are not updating my account to reflect that my payments have been received and is up to date. I have spoke to so many "service champions" and the service is pathetic, as i sit with the same problem month after month. I requested that a manager call me, however i have not received feedback. I am furious with MTN. Your service really sucks and i cannot wait for my contract to come to an end.
The owner of this company, Wyann Sampson is the biggest scammer. We signed a contract with him to do renovations that could be done in three to four months; however he took five months and he did not complete the job. He caused so much damage that we are now left with and have to repair. He took off with hundreds of thousands of rands which we paid him. He presents himself to be a qualified builder and his company to be registered with the NHBRC. When we request his credentials, he always has an excuses and lies with regards to why there are delays to renovations. He provides a false address that he operates his business from. His quote and rates as per the contract signed is low and as time goes by, he gave me additional inflated quotes to complete additional work required that he claims to not have been aware of at the beginning of the project. The engineer drawings was provided to him at the start of the project, so there was no way he could not have been aware of all the work specifically loadbearing walls required as per engineer specifications. He is a liar and scammer , please do not trust this man that owns this company. My property was always filthy and he left it in a mess. Very Very poor and unprofessional workmanship. Disgusting work ethic.
The Colgate herbal toothpaste had the pricing R6.39. However when I came to the till according to the system it was R8.99. I advised <br> the cashier that the pricing on the shelf indicates that the product is R6.39. She went to aisle where the toothpaste was and confirmed that the amount was indeed R6.39. I was told that it was the wrong barcode and that I had to pay R8.99 which wasn't indicated. I called for the manager, Mr Bakr Rylands<br> and he said that I have to pay R8.99.He had such a stinking attitude and was not trying to be accommodating at all. I am disgusted with the service I received because if it were at any other PNP I would of been allowed to pay the price that is indicated. This is the first time I have receive such poor service from PNP! Really Pathetic as I shopping at Pick n Pay regularly
