Pathetic service and food quality.. i keep saying never again
Ive been sending emails like mad.. im waiting on a credit for 2 items which im yet to receive almost 2 months later.. they said its my bank and my bank says nothing was received.. i dont care that its R300 odd rands in total.. it the principle behind it all and its daylight *******!
ive lodged various complaints over quality and false advertising (Fishaways, Buy 1 get 1 free) and im yet to receive an answer.. no more support from me!
First and last time to order there. Fishaways Zevenwacht mall leaves alot to be desired. i thought i was in for an awesome treat when i saw buy 1 get 1 free on Uber eats. i uploaded pics of how the sushi was all squashed, upside, wet and ice cold let alone the rice that was overcooked and was more like mash potato than rice. the sushi was also sour from the soya sauce and i never received the free meals.. i complained on their website and on Uber eats and im yet to get a response.. The nigiri also had a speck of salmon in it.. it was just rice! R300 for an inedible mess leaves me feeling very sad!
Very disapointing that my first attempt at ordering flopped. first order i placed, i cancelled immediately - it doesnt reflect on my orders/returns etc yet the money was deducted.. i placed another order, same time, and it was part delivered.. im still waiting on an item from 3 weeks ago.. a simple hair dye.. the nivea body lotion was delivered in this week but 3 weeks?? ive gone in circles trying to contact customer care to query my refund and back order status.. im yet to be helped.
Months later i am no closer to submitting my claim. Ive spoken to several consultants (after my email complaints) and each time its empty promises about having it resolved and they will get back to me (THEY NEVER DO).. i cant submit my form and i cannot submit online.. REALLY!! Loads of emails showing the errors when trying to validate, loads of emails having to explain and re explain and this for my money?? If someone in authority is not going to make contact with me, trust me i will go straight to the CEO..that is a promise!! Aneesa Jansen is the only one going out of her way to try and assist and WHAT A PITY THAT ITS NOT HER DEPARTMENT TO HELP SORT ME! Stop wasting my time and get this sorted! This review is not for AF in its entirety.. its solely for ANEESA JANSEN.. a mere Administrator thats moving mountains on my behalf to get the assistance that ive been requesting for months.. i take my hat off to this woman.. no attitudes of "this is not my work" or "its not my department".. shes got her finger on the pulse and pushing and probing until someone actions it.. This woman needs increase and promotion.. her hard work and dedication should be rewarded..
I have been trying for months to get FULL assistance on my online application. ive gone from pillar to post.. had people email and then re route me to a different department and round and round i went. i am yet to get assistance!
i placed an online order for the first time on the 28th of June.. it is my own fault for not reading fine print and completing my purchase in a rush but i selected collection as i just wanted to rush in an out that evening. 1. you have to wait a couple of days to collect when ordering online (why i dont know) 2. i was out of my area trying to collect but obviously i couldnt. 3. Lovely Manageress Monique Murray.. ran herself ragged trying to get a new order together for me and advising on what to take and what not to.. 4. almost an hour later i was out of the store... Note.. i was supposed to be rushing to complete all my errand's. that was the 28th of June.. i still never received my credit.. they say i must wait up to 21 working days.. Clicks.. it takes a day.. one day.. if you have the volumes.. then something is wrong with your product.. if its not volumes and staff/procedures.. then you still have problems.. i think you rich enough.. let it grow interest in my account!
This is my first month with them and my service has been cut already because of "non payment" according to them.. I made payment on the 23rd of Feb already. ive been emailing accounts, support, info and im yet to receive any feedback! whatsapp is a joke, you go in circles to end off with "im sorry we seem to be experiencing some technical difficulties". Not my problem. youve got your money now provide the service!
