Support is really bad

We have constant issues with our fiber lines and they always try to find a solution where they can say its not their problem so they can close the call but normally the problem is with them lacking the knowledge to configure and support these systems. And if you get them to fix something they normally break something else as they don't know what their doing. Another thing is they will get work around to fix issues instead of fixing the problem which has major consequences later on. I would not recommend them for any business use but probably would be fine when it comes to home ADSL when its not such a big problem when your down.
