Mzansi Debt Clinic
I am very dissatisfied customer of Mzansi Debt Clinic, I applied for debt construction in 2017 before the process could start I have managed to clear myself I called them to inform them that I wont be needing their services they demanded a fee for their admin and to close my file which I duly paid, fast forward to this week I applied for car finance and I was declined because I am under debt review, I tried calling the debt counsellor yesterday and today their number no longer exist I don't know how to fix this without a clearance letter from them

On the 13th of November 2015 I paid R800 to the driving school hoping to go do my learners licence but I got approval to go back and work home in KZN my first call to the driving school was on the 1st of December 2015, I was told by the receptionist that the owner is only available Monday to Friday from 9 to 12 I can come through as he is the only one who can look in a computer as see what is what (her exact explanation) everyday except for Friday to Sunday from the 1st of December I have been calling but I can never get him and they say they cannot do anything about it because they do not know when he will be back, eventually on Friday 11 December I called and a guy answered when I explained my story he said the owner was there I should quickly come this was before 12, when I got there 15 minutes later I was told he left 10 minutes ago I went livid, why tell me to come and you do not inform the person I am coming to? I got there and I had to explain again to the receptionist who kept on asking me when was I booked for, both the receptionists wanted to give up on me and spoke between themselves that maybe I should speak to the rude old man, today it was a same story when I called
