Mzansi and FNB is disgusting!!
Dear,Chantal, Not honouring your arrangement has left us no option but to proceed legally on your FNB account. Call 2020 Mzansi on 0873302600 ref: 4000090776103 Who and when in God's name did I sign on top any debt counselling! I am tire of FNB selling accounts that is prescription be to various companies to harass consumers! This is a direct infringement of my consumer and human rights!!

bad customer service
hi, i was paying my accounts with them, i just missed one payment with them and they never debited anymore . i tried calling and emailing for assistance but they never cared to respond or say anything. 2 month later am handed over and my accounts have been terminated. does this company still exist ????????????????

bad customer service

Mzansi Debt Clinic
I am very dissatisfied customer of Mzansi Debt Clinic, I applied for debt construction in 2017 before the process could start I have managed to clear myself I called them to inform them that I wont be needing their services they demanded a fee for their admin and to close my file which I duly paid, fast forward to this week I applied for car finance and I was declined because I am under debt review, I tried calling the debt counsellor yesterday and today their number no longer exist I don't know how to fix this without a clearance letter from them

Bad customer service
<p>I have been a client with Mzansi Debt Clinic for less than year but I have had the most undesirable and the worst customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one returns calls when they are supposed to and when they promised they will</p> <p> </p> <p>This is REALLY not on!!!!!!!</p>
