I am extremely and utterly annoyed at this point with Nedbank. I visited the Protea Glen branch on 8 November 2025 to activate my daughter's account. I submitted my ID and my daughter's birth certificate and was told the card would activate latest by 10th November. To date the card is pending activation due to a FICAA hold. Ive been calling the contact centre over the last 2 weeks, I even opened a formal complaint. This past Tuesday, 18th November I was told all is in order and the problem fixed. I call AGAIN today at the call centre and im again told that there's a FICAA hold. Everything was submitted at the branch. Why must I be this frustrated and given this nonsensical run around. I need this account activated. Such disgusting service for a long standing client of 13 years.
