We had a power outage which lasted 3 days. The consultants working for Mweb are the most arrogant people you can find. Their attention to detail is null and void. They contradict themselves as opposed to helping customers. They have no listening skills at all. I spent R100 on airtime trying to change my number to get an OTP to logg a fault that my services is not after the power has been restored. I have been in contact with Mweb a few consecutive times and in those times I mentioned that I need to change my phone number. To date I am having the same problem having to change my phone number. Just because I have an Administrator at my bank paying my Mweb account for years now all of a sudden I am being suspected of *****? Really? Pior I did not have to go to such extremes just to sort out a fault that is still not fixed! And it is weekend!!! Really this is the putrid! I am livid!! Having to deal with such incompetence is the worst!!! Also listening to a 3 minute recording having to chose which department that is money wasted to get to speak to a person that sounds like a broken record!! What happened to listening to the customers first and then deciding on the best course of action instead the consultant feels they are right and at that the customer has no right to get angry from the lack of proper service? Why did I have to go through this t dious process now only after I have been asking for over a month to change my number?
It is almost a month now that I have Asked Absa trust administrators to make contact with me or the beneficiary. The beneficiary has submitted a request and she has been ignored. I have asked several times on email why I am being ignored. To date no response it seems the emails literally are not answered,calls not answered either. Their 4 to 7 working day rule to respond has gone way beyond that being a month now.. I have asked this on email as well but to date I have not received a response. Then higher management wants to say things such as I run to social media. So please advise what does one stand to do when no authority figure nor trustee,nor administrator answers emails. And this the administrator appointed to the file is the one ignoring correspondence as well as the administrator the seniors, the trustees.
College S A. Has a debt collection agency harassing me. I paid cash for my studies. I am receiving statements for 2016 and look at the date and year where we are currently. Now they claiming I owe them. Please advise how I was not notified at the time that I owe them? I did advise that that I had no re-collection of debt. Why did they not tell me that I need to settle an amount that was outstanding at the time I paid cash. This is *******,debt of 7 years old!! Seriously!! Please refrain from harassing me as this is entrapment!

This company is irritating me an arassing me non stop. They buying old debt from companies and in turn harassing consumers! Where do these debt collection companies pop up!!
Revco keeps harassing me even when I told them several times I have no contact with the debtor. These sms are very disturbing!

I receive calls everyday from Nu debt for prescribe debts they are not adhering to the prescription act! Seriously I am tired of these calls!!!
I was having problems with my payments and planet 42 understood and allowed me grace to make payments.
