Paid for my order but never received it. They provide a tracking number but its not possible to track it. They do not respond to mail either.
I placed an order over 2 and a half weeks ago, at about day 8(working days) and still no change in the order status I sent their support department and email requesting an update. After not hearing anything, 2 working days later I sent their complaints department an email but still No Response! On day 12(working days) I notice that my order has been canceled. After trying to call them twice, and holding for over 30mins each time, I finally get through to them and ask them why my order has been canceled. After going to check I was told that the supplier did not have stock of what I ordered over 2weeks ago and so they canceled my order without informing me and not refunding me either until I called them regarding my canceled order. I would probably have waited months(if ever) to find this out if I didnt try and get hold of them myself.
