As most of the recent posts suggest... STAY AWAY!! The service is all round just simply put...pathetic. I booked my Sprada coffee machine in on the 8 July but not before the whole upfront payment was quickly pointed out. Payment done and the machine left with them 8July. 22 July I followed up with them asking for feedback. They will check and respond. By the sound of the call I got the feeling my machine was kissed and not sent away to be inspected. I asked that they play open cards but got assured the tech is busy with it. 23 July i followed up again and then got to speak to Etienne who was on the line with the technician. It was then said the ceramic valve needs to be replaced at a cost of R6000. A call later said the quoted price was incorrect and was actually R5000. Good for me but still poor from The Kenwood Guys side. Went to fetch my machine the 25 July after I followed up if it is in the shop or not. Seeing that the repair is not going to happen a refund is then forthcoming. As I collected the machine I noticed that it was very dirty dusty and parts was just left in the ground coffee holder. Not a hint of attempt to just wipe it down. Brought this to their attention but you guessed it.. no response. 6 Aug I followed up on my refund. It will be paid 8 Aug. Followed up 13 Aug on my refund. It will be paid 15 Aug. Phoned them this morning and now their bank account is frozen due to a possible ***** transaction against it. I know this is along review but don't use them at all. Something is a miss. Rather buy a new machine. It will save you endless stress and frustration. I simply can't leave it . People need to know that they are over hyped. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Requesting a report from ADT since Monday and until today 18/12/2015 excuse upon excuse upon excuse upon excuse!!<br> <br> From Ryan , Nina , Lauren Kabelo all I hear is the Armed response department has no manager on duty!!! <br> <br> No one can pull the report!! So where they on a function since Tuesday????<br> <br> After phoning on the hour every hour I just heard they are out on a year end function... It is 1pm...<br> <br> I did everything requested from me since Monday and yet ADT can not pull a simple report and send it to me!!<br> <br> PATHETIC in the highest sense!<br> <br>
