It all began in January of this year, I went in for my eye check which was due and chose my frames and left there a happy customers cause I was told my glasses would be ready in a week to two weeks time, which was understandable. They then said they would call me when it was ready as the supplier don't have the transition lenses which my eyes require. I understood and left knowing I would receive a call, which they did, to my horrors, the lenses I received were not transition, well back to the supplier they went, next horror, I receive them back only to discover the frames were scratched by the technician that fitted them, they then had to order a new frame. okay I then receive my corrected pair like mid year, which I then had for about two/three months, and one of the lenses fall out, I was told there is no charge as the fibre string was too long. I go in on Saturday to collect them and there are 4 deep scratches on the right lenses, I told the assistant that I'm not leaving with these glasses, she says its just dirt let me clean it, she gets back, not difference, she then goes to her manager who sends a message back saying, repairs are done at my own risk.
