I bought a fuel pump at the beginning of May and it was faulty, took it back same day they took it in for inspection told me it will take 2 weeks to get the report. No one calls me and update me with information, every time I phone in they have nothing concrete for me it's almost a month now I'm still waiting still struggling to get to work every day I'm so disappointed in them I mean I paid R4.6k.
Two years back I phoned home choice ordering blankets, 6 weeks later I received a statement but no blankets I phoned them to enquire about blankets I couldn't start paying without receiving my blankets, to my surprise they told me blankets have been delivered to a lady who identified herself as my sister I asked for her details they couldn't give me, I was then asked to send an affidavit explaining that I did not receive those blankets I did as asked, few months later I started receiving demands via sms that I must I must or else they will send a lawyer to my address I phoned them again to get clarity but no one could explain to me why is that, today I'm still struggling with the same case and blacklisted. Please help
