I’m waiting since 5 December for a washing machine repair which has resulted in more damage to the machine. No loan unit was provided despite advising me to not use the machine. The spares company received an order for parts 3 days ago. That is after I’ve been told FOR MORE THAN A MONTH that they’re awaiting spares. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor who is always in a meeting, on lunch or on leave. No one calls back or replies to emails incl Durban branch manager, Cookie, or the customer service consultant Thoko, or Bruce (whatever role he has). They are undeterred by threats to cancel their contract. Absolutely pathetic customer service. To add insult to injury, they “repaired” a microwave that was never reported requiring repair and DAMAGED IT! Wow. That’s a new level of incompetence.
I ordered an outdoor table during lockdown from the company. It’s details we’re on Facebook and there were ample picture of custom wooden furniture. In an effort to support local, I decided to support this man- Donovan. He asked for a 50% deposit and incl a delivery cost. After a few weeks I enquired as lockdown had been lifted to level 4. The table was incomplete and the incorrect colour and left design. He promised to compliant correct it. This was in March. I still don’t have a table. He then after many many messages and not taking my calls offered a refund as he was closing the company. It’s been months since that promise was made and still no refund.
My complaint pertains to the network division on Telkom mobile. What pathetic aftersales service. So much of my valuable time wasted speaking to the call centre . So many absent and impotent supervisors. So much of my own earnings wasted paying full contract fees and no attention paid to my needs and complaints. Many, many empty promises.

How disappointing after a favorable and enthusiastic first interaction with the owner:

my item was delivered on time but upon opening was covered in ?animal hair or faux fur. I'm certain it was used.

In addition it was not the right size.

I called the owner to arrange a swap but she was extremely unhelpful, rude and even accused me of using the product !

im entitled to a cool-off period as a consumer but she has made it impossible. I'm left with a dirty secondhand item which doesn't fit and a bitter taste after this all cost me almost R1000.

Poor show, Glass slipper.

I bought 2 packs of Today puff pastry from Pnp in Pavilion yesterday and was extremely disappointed in the quality of one pack. The first had a normal slightly yellow colour and rose well during baking. The second pack was slightly grey in colour and didbt rise at all. It being Xmas day I had no choice but to use both packs and deal with the aftermath. This was completely unacceptable and a huge embarassment for me.
