SAA RIPPING OF CUSTOMERS AND STEALING YOUR MONEY
SAA has just decided to cancel a return ticket for no reason and has just cost me and extra $258 over and above the the original ticket that was bought and to add another problem is that they left the passengers in JHB and never bothered to inform them of any changes to the flight but there luggage was sent to the destination with out them, this is a major security hazard for air travel worldwide and I want SAA to be investigated for this huge breach in airline safety regulations, as for the personnel at the airport they have got zero manners and are so arrogant that you cannot talk to them regarding your problem they turn to you and say its the customers fault and not theres, so I hope that this gets taken to the highest possible level of national security as I will be going to the police and laying charges of fraud and theft against SAA for the bad service they have cost me over R5500 extra over the Christmas period and I want someone to be accountable for this loss that I have incurred, I live in Zimbabwe and have had to pay huge amounts to get family members to there destinations due to the incompetence and ignorance of SAA.
