Deon Marx 082 525 2019. Was called out because a pool creepy wasn't working. Recon'ed the pump and replaced sand, which wasn't needed and didn't even look at creepy. Charged me R3,650.00 which I paid into a personal bank account. Creepy still not working. He has blocked my cell no. Was able to get hold of him from a landline no. Made appointment and time to come look, doesn't show or communicate. Very arrogant. Also goes by the business names of Deep Blue Pools and Efficient Pool Services. Dishonest and a thief.

Still not working but charged R3,650.00 which I paid not knowing it was not going to work. Has blocked my cell number. Makes appointments when I get hold of him from a landline. Left a message on their website page Monday 24/06/2019 night. Tuesday morning a call and appointment for 4.30. No one arrives and no communication. This morning a call if someone at home now? No, there was no one at home. What a cheek. New appointment for 4.30. They arrive at 5.35. Starting to get dark and they want to look at my pool? Take a hike. If they can't keep an appointment, hate to know what their workmanship is like! Useless.
Have had no feedback to my various emails to Independent Newspapers re non delivery. No feedback on my previous report in hellopeter. Today again no delivery even after phoning and being told that the area manager would be contacted for redelivery. DISGUSTING SERVICE.
Sunday 20th December 2015, no Sunday Times was delivered although I am an annual subscriber. After phoning 3 times I was told the matter would be escalated and a newspaper would be delivered before 12.00 pm. An SMS was sent to me that the matter had been escalated. By 12.00 no newspaper had been delivered, I had to go out and buy one R20.00 and no credit was past. Today 27th December 2015, the same as last Sunday, telephone call made, promise that the matter would be escalated, the area manager would be notified, an SMS was received to this effect, and again nothing!. Since July 2015, many a time I don't receive the 'The Times' daily newspaper which is also paid up with the same subscription. The same story, a phone call, a promise etc, and nothing. 16kms away from home and at my work address The Times has always been delivered even on the days that I don't get it at home. It makes me to believe that the area manager just doesn't care. Various emails have been sent by me to various addresses in the newspaper, I have never received an acknowledgement or a reply. No service delivery, I am paying in advance for newspapers I am not receiving, and no credits passed.
