Badly managed
I purchased a water filter system from them , 2 years ago from the Decorex show. Payment was made. Since than I have been harassed by them, querying on payment even though I have given them proof numerous times. This company is not well operated which makes me wonder on their filtering system and service. I have yet to install my system .

Excellent experience in having my fibreglass pool fully re-surfaced.
I asked neighbours for recommendations when I needed to renovate my pool. One recommendation was Aquatech. They appeared to give me the best combination of value for money and price when I asked for a quote from them and two others. They started as agreed on time, and did a great job. They were meticulous in preparing the pool (st*********** the old fibreglass and dealing with cracks in the underlying marbelite. They also put in a new light and weir. The end result looks really good. At one point I was unhappy about the mosaics on the steps (a bit skew), and they modified to my requirement with no issue. Peter was very communicative as and when I needed, and very reasonable. The work took more than double the duration quoted, but I was quite fine with that as I could see they were doing the preparation with care and diligence, and the price was fixed. I would most certainly recommend them for this kind of job.

WORSE SERVICE
Few month back the service i received was excellent. This week i didn't received the service i have paid for ... I'm getting excusing like we are short stuff after i called them but they never bother to call and inform the client... WORSE SERVICE

Aquatech deserves 5 stars
My good friend recommended Aquatech a few years ago and since then, I have been using their services for servicing our filter water 'stuff'. The staff are pleasant and professional. The customer service is superb. They even diarise and advice you in advance, when the next service is due. Time flies by quickly so it's great to get a reminder. I highly recommend them!

Aquatec did our pool fibreglass, they managed the process end to end in a very professional and friendly manner. We got value for money. The field staff are also knowledgeable & helpful in resolving issues. Their "after sales" serviceand support is very good.
