Purchased Epson printer originsl ink refill. The price was affordable, very well priced. All went smoothly with the ordering. I found the delivery communication lacking. I had no idea when delivery was expected and was surprised when it just arrived. No prior messaging. That was disappointing. However, i would still use them again, in the hopes that they improve the communication in future.
From the beginning of logging a claim with Nedbank Homeowner's Insurance, I received quick and efficient assistance. In early January, we had a burst pipe in the roof that may have been slowly spraying into the ceiling for some time. Nedbank immediately sent the plumbers to repair the pipe, which my husband had temporarily repaired. We discovered it when our lounge carpet was wet, then we followed it to find it coming from behind the kitchen cupboards, down the wall. Painting of the walls was done first by the repairmen, although they said this was standard and the walls were ok to paint. The cupboards were prepared for replacing, and the damaged floors were sanded and repaired - all done quite quickly. However, the contractor that Nedbank uses for the cupboards, found the walls to be too wet and so needed to dry out . It's been 4 months with the walls being checked regularly with a damp meter but always found to be too damp still - 100% damp. Our comments to all the repairmen was that the walls had years of paint on them, and how was the wall able to dry like that. Eventually one repair guy broke small holes in the wall surface, and we had our own electric fan blowing on it to try dry it out (using a lot of electricity), along with windows and doors open. I even purchased dozens of Moisture Absorber containers that have drawn out litres of water by placing them next to the various affected walls. These various tries of removing water has not worked.... until this Friday, the cupboard guys arrived again with a water meter and showed how wet the walls were, 100%. So all the repairs were done in the wrong order. I have sent emails to Nedbank requesting that they hire a dehumidifier, as suggested by the contractor. I spoke to various claim consultants telephonically and they have stated that Nedbank does not cover the usage of a dehumidifier. After 4 months of my home being in disarray, I would like to get the damp wall problem sorted out soon. I have been patient but need to get things fixed soon. I am extremely disappointed about the refusal to sort our the damp walls by using a dehumidifier.
There is a really bad smell coming from the Simmer and Jack Landfill dump. No matter how many times we complain, it has remained the same - stinky air all around us. We are few blocks away and can smell it all the time (rain, sun and wind). I feel sorry for the residents that live closer than us. We share the reference number for the complaint but Ekurhuleni does nothing. Residents have pained eyes, sore throats, daily headaches from the bad air quality.
I have loved using Petheaven for purchasing amazing products for my doggies Ruby. I bought a harness that ended up being a fraction too small. The return and refund was easily done. I managed to get the new harness quickly too. Good regular communication.
I received an sms on 22/11/2024 stating I was to receive my Avon delivery. My husband took my car and I had no transport to go anywhere, so I was at home the entire day/night - waiting for my Avon box. When checking the Skynet link now, I see the driver stated " delivery exception: Consignee not available" I would like to voice my disappointment and log a complaint regarding not receiving my delivery. After sending this complaint, I received a very brief apology. So I rep**** the following: I am emailing you to suggest that a driver doing a delivery, should wait for a more reasonable amount of time. Hooting the car without ringing the bell/intercom and rushing off, is not very practical, as the people inside could be in the loo/bathroom or taking a phone call. We, as the customer waiting for the delivery - are not told the exact time they are arriving. This may be something you could look at letting customers know more accurately, what time delivery will be made. Also calling the recipient a call on their mobile to alert them of the driver's presence. The people responsible for drivers should improve their control. I have still not received my Avon delivery since Friday - very annoying!
I have been going to The Nail Spa Cafe Bedfordview for sometime and I wanted to express my compliments to all. From the friendly welcome at reception, to the awesome professional ladies that have done my nails, to the music (much improved lately), to the complimentary drink offered at each visit (though I still prefer my pineapple smoothie) - everything is superb!
I was disappointed when I tried buying Oh So Heavenly hand wash refills at two different stores in Bedfordview and no one had stock. Then I ordered online and within a day I received everything I was looking for. Very impressed with the online delivery service.
I was totally amazed when I ordered a variety of Biogen products from their online store and received then a few hours later. Unexpected but it was a pleasant surprise!
My good friend recommended Aquatech a few years ago and since then, I have been using their services for servicing our filter water 'stuff'. The staff are pleasant and professional. The customer service is superb. They even diarise and advice you in advance, when the next service is due. Time flies by quickly so it's great to get a reminder. I highly recommend them!
1) Initially the assistance from Charles was very helpful but thereafter the delay was up to a week later. 2) Unprofessional, people not helpful at all. 3) I asked if we could sell back our inverter, they responded yes, that I must contact a certain mobile number that was never working. Eventually was told that we have to contact our installer to buy it back. 4) We now have a new inverter so I have unsubscribed to the Goodwe emails which still continue coming through. What an annoying company to deal with!
