Badly managed

I purchased a water filter system from them , 2 years ago from the Decorex show. Payment was made. Since than I have been harassed by them, querying on payment even though I have given them proof numerous times. This company is not well operated which makes me wonder on their filtering system and service. I have yet to install my system .
