Hi, On the 05th of February 2018 we bought a part at this Company which was incorrectly delivered and returned back immediately with the driver. the company then sourced another unit which was collected and was broken, we then returned the damaged item on the 15th of February 2018 only to be credited and not refunded. We have since tried on numerous occasions to obtain the money spent being R 3500.00. On the 28th February we received the first phone call from Tracy to inform us that we would be paid back early in the following week. I then phoned back the 07 March 2018 as i have not received payment yet. I was then called by Kerry who has promised by the Transfer will be done by the Saturday the 10 March 2018 , When i phoned her the Saturday Morning her response was that she is busy doing all the transfers at the moment. at 3pm Saturday there was still no transfer until this point. This has been such an inconvenience to my as we await for the refund to fix our car. We have now decided to take legal actions as we are being crooked by this company.
I was promised in 5 working days my investment will be payed then was told that it takes 10 working days...<br> Today is the 10th day and still have not been payed out i called in just to find out i have to wait another 3 -4 working days...seriously.
