Bunch of crooks....bought a part in the beginning of Feb this year....part was incorrect,sent the part back told that I'd be refunded,the man's name is Cameron,It's June and still waiting for a lousy R3000 refund....this is the worst company to deal with

I would like to report this crook business so called Hunters Fitment Centre in Selby Johannesburg. I bought BMW parts on the 23rd March 2020 and paid R11800 for them and up until today they haven't delivered. the owner Lionel and his son Cameroon are aware of this and they are busy lying to me about the courier that is on his way for 2 months. All l want is to report and warn other custmers not to buy from them and l also want my money back. Every time l call l hear a different story now lm fed up, they are crooks, skelms. Pathetic service ever with their so called BMW Affiliates

I would like to report this crook business so called Hunters Fitment Centre in Selby Johannesburg. I work for an automotive repair company, we recently paid cash for a part, which was incorrect after returning the part hunters refuses to refund our money despite numerous phone calls and emails. Staff at hunters do not cooperate with clients and all have a * dont care attitude* the same can be said for management as they did not respond either

First of all the first purchase I ordered an engine from them and the wrong one was supplied . Then I ordered a gear box and flywheel and the flywheel was incorrect . I have sent the flywheel back 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called numerous times and my calls dont get answered. Eventually cameron said last week that payments have been processed and I was suppose to receive the money by friday . Monday this week I called the lady in charge of finance and she has heard nothing of refunding me and now no one seems to know what is going on. I have never dealt with such bad customer service and such rude people in business. I will never be supporting this company again and I am hoping to get my refund before the end of this week

Hi, On the 05th of February 2018 we bought a part at this Company which was incorrectly delivered and returned back immediately with the driver. the company then sourced another unit which was collected and was broken, we then returned the damaged item on the 15th of February 2018 only to be credited and not refunded. We have since tried on numerous occasions to obtain the money spent being R 3500.00. On the 28th February we received the first phone call from Tracy to inform us that we would be paid back early in the following week. I then phoned back the 07 March 2018 as i have not received payment yet. I was then called by Kerry who has promised by the Transfer will be done by the Saturday the 10 March 2018 , When i phoned her the Saturday Morning her response was that she is busy doing all the transfers at the moment. at 3pm Saturday there was still no transfer until this point. This has been such an inconvenience to my as we await for the refund to fix our car. We have now decided to take legal actions as we are being crooked by this company.

Hi I was reffered to purchase a car part at this company,i have purchased the part of which was incorrect and returned for the correct one og which they never had and cant supply my correct part so i asked for a refund and they refusing saying they will give me a credit on my next purchase

I bought spares from Cameron and they couldn't supply me with a headlamp I already paid for.<br> Cameron requested that I come in with my invoice for an eft to be done which I did.<br> Only when I arrived was I informed the EFT will take a few days<br> I waited for weeks and was giving excuses by everyone seems they attend training to tell lies<br> One of the reasons was its month end and we need to pay rent and wages that's why we cant refund you this from Cassidy<br> Shame maybe the business is struggling<br> I eventually got my refund on Friday but they charged me a 15% handling fee for a part I paid for that they never supplied<br> <br> Be careful when dealing with these guys I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know never to do business with them<br> <br>
