I bought spares from Cameron and they couldn't supply me with a headlamp I already paid for.<br> Cameron requested that I come in with my invoice for an eft to be done which I did.<br> Only when I arrived was I informed the EFT will take a few days<br> I waited for weeks and was giving excuses by everyone seems they attend training to tell lies<br> One of the reasons was its month end and we need to pay rent and wages that's why we cant refund you this from Cassidy<br> Shame maybe the business is struggling<br> I eventually got my refund on Friday but they charged me a 15% handling fee for a part I paid for that they never supplied<br> <br> Be careful when dealing with these guys I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know never to do business with them<br> <br>
I have been a Standard bank customer for close to 18 years and the manner this consultant treated me was disgusting.<br> <br> Standard Banks SMS notification system and ATM's deposits went off line last week Monday on the 4th of May.<br> Due to this I only received all my SMS debit notifications on Tuesday the 5th.I than realized that I went into overdraft of R780 but all debits showed it went off successfully . I immediately deposited a R1000 into my account just to get a SMS on Wednesday stating that the debit order was already returned on Tuesday. I called Standard Bank and requested that they rectify my bank statement with the rd because it was due to late notification it was returned. I was than very rudely informed by Surisha that its not the banks problem. I than requested to speak to her manager which I was told No.<br> <br> On Tuesday two different deposits was made to my credit card one for R1500 and the other for R1900 and guess what today is Friday and I only received the R1500 so far this is 3 days later and still waiting for the other one...Guess this is also not your problem STANDARD BANK ???.<br>
I bought two lower control arms from them which was incorrect and needed a refund.<br> <br> I laid a complaint on hello peter and was contacted by the manager Leron within 24 hours after complaint.<br> He dealt with the compliant in a professional and cautious manner and resolved it in just that one call.<br> I received my refund from Lou Apple Spares with no hassle.<br> <br> You have retained a customer for continues business<br> <br> Leslie
