I booked this place via bookings.com and made a payment for it. when it was about a week before the check in date l called and asked for postponement because the initial plan was that only me and my husband will go, but then we change plans we needed to bring our two kids with. I told the African lady that l was talking to that l needed the date for the 27th November because by then my exams would have been finished and also my kids would have been done writing. Upon me following up on a week before the 27th November l was told that my booking was not on the system as it was reserved for 2 October, and they have an email from me. I then requested that email as l was sent from pillar to post, and finally l got the lodge Manager, Candice Lane, who was very rude to me. I then requested my refund back since they couldn't help me with accommodation, and she told me to back off as l wont get my refund back since l didn't show up on the 2nd October as per the email I sent to them. I have been asking for that email for 3 weeks now and no one is responding, hence Im writing this review. Very bad, pathetic poor service from Candice and her team.
Very annoying and pathetic service received from Telkom Secunda. I reported a fault on both my landline and ADSL and the technician came to have a look. He told me the municipality in Evander was busy with maintenance as water pipe burst but my internet and phone will be connected by Monday the 17th. Till today no one has pitched to fix my phone and internet hence on the 25th they will deduct the money for service l didn't receive.
Poor, poor customer service from this company. I ordered goods 3 weeks ago and up to today I only received half of it, what happened to the other half. The number on google just rings and all the email I send them aren't answered.
I would like to report this crook business so called Hunters Fitment Centre in Selby Johannesburg. I bought BMW parts on the 23rd March 2020 and paid R11800 for them and up until today they haven't delivered. the owner Lionel and his son Cameroon are aware of this and they are busy lying to me about the courier that is on his way for 2 months. All l want is to report and warn other custmers not to buy from them and l also want my money back. Every time l call l hear a different story now lm fed up, they are crooks, skelms. Pathetic service ever with their so called BMW Affiliates
