I am so pleased by the great service I received when I spoke to Randy Kgodumo about changing my insurance company. She was patient, friendly and explained the conditions clearly to me.
I made my purchase on Monday evening, the next morning I got an email from Jaco who told me that the stock is not available but will refund me, yesterday I got my refund and I am happy.
I am so disappointed, last Saturday 21st December I celebrated my birthday at Canelands beach club. I emailed Daniel my requirements and he assured me that my reservation has taken into consideration, so I paid R 1 000 as venue charge. However, when I arrived with 14 of my friends nothing was as I asked. The food steak was full of fat, seafood was watery, ribs tasteless and service was slow. I haven’t received an apology from the general manager and my 30th birthday was ruined as I cried at the restaurant twice. My guests left hungry.
