The casualty/emergency unit at Fourways Life Hospital run by Dr Frankel t/a Accident Partners leaves much to be desired. After my complaint to them through the complaints and quality (H/O) departments of the hospital (equally incompetent) and a number of direct phone calls and an email, I still am waiting for any reply at all a month later from Urshla Pillay who does not have a clue of what is going on.
Order online 3 days ago still not delivered. All customer service agents useless. Cant sort out the problem. Extremely poor service, Extremely disappointed with Woolworths
