Pathetic Service
I wish there was a zero rating. The casualty and their billing department are useless, especially from the administration side. I receive a summons warnings 3 year after the visit date with no previous communications. We will ensure that we do not support this facility again. No comms for 3 years but a summons reaches my phone number. Impressive.

Life Health Care and Dr Frankel emergency Unit lacks professionalism and courtesy
The casualty/emergency unit at Fourways Life Hospital run by Dr Frankel t/a Accident Partners leaves much to be desired. After my complaint to them through the complaints and quality (H/O) departments of the hospital (equally incompetent) and a number of direct phone calls and an email, I still am waiting for any reply at all a month later from Urshla Pillay who does not have a clue of what is going on.

Worst account to deal with EVER
This practice's accounting department needs to be improved somehow. I received an account for the first time 3 months after date of admission. Since then I have made partial payments as per my arrangement with them. I skipped a month due to the fact that they "couldn't pick up my payment because I was using the wrong reference" - which was not the truth because I used what was on the statement. They then hand me over without informing me, and after back and forth emails they refuse to withdraw the handover - even now with my account being paid off I'm still being pestered by these debt collectors. Would avoid this medical practice by all means if you don't have full cash payment upfront.

DR FRANKEL AND PARTNERS really disturbing my peace
I have been paying all these DR FRANKEL & PARTNERS accounts for the past year and they still send me messages that they are taking legal action. I have forwarded proof of payments but still received the messages from these Colmed people. This is abusive. Stop it!
