DR FRANKEL AND PARTNERS really disturbing my peace

I have been paying all these DR FRANKEL & PARTNERS accounts for the past year and they still send me messages that they are taking legal action. I have forwarded proof of payments but still received the messages from these Colmed people. This is abusive. Stop it!
