I am extremely disappointed with the administrative processes at the University of Johannesburg. I have been requesting my academic transcript since last year, as I need it to further my studies, and this matter remains unresolved to date. Initially, I was informed that I owed outstanding fees. I was later told that I did not owe anything. Now, in 2026, I have been informed that I owe R30 to access my transcript. Despite this, when I requested the bank details to make the payment, I received no response. Due to these ongoing inconsistencies and lack of communication, I have been unable to progress with my studies. It is unacceptable that such a minor amount and repeated administrative errors can block a graduate’s academic and professional advancement. I find this situation deeply frustrating and disappointing, and I expected far better support and efficiency from a leading academic institution.
I was supposed to have my boy's birthday party but unfortunately got hospitalised. They agreed to a refund but still waiting even today.

DO NOT JOIN CLIENTELLE PLEASE! They refuse to lower my premium even when I cannot afford anymore. They refuse to change packages. So regid and inflexible. On top of that thee are making me pay for cover for the kids knowing very well that I won't get out that amount should they pass on. Covering the fine prints. Join it and regret.
Worst experience. Order late. You call and the lady is speaking to other people and shouting doesn't even update on order. Never again. I want my refund as I even finished cooking waiting for this order
I signed up for Debtbusters, very efficient in signing you up but after that, you don't even get a response on your emails so you are frustrated. All I want is to make an arrangement to pay more on some of accounts for a particular so I can speed up the process but no responses, no one to speak to. Pillar to post. I've been paying way more than I can afford and have been trying to reach out that the negotiated amount is too high. I am struggling way more than I was before I joined. Biggest regret ever!
I am very dissapointed with Takealot and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I orderd 6 purities for my little one in Jnauary and I still have not received them. The last communication I got was this "We're sorry to let you know that the following item in your order has unfortunately been delayed and your estimated delivery date has changed to Thursday, 08 February 2024". No further communication or update. I also logged a return of purchase with no response. It has been a rather dissapointing process for me as a first time customer.
I have been waiting for my refund from BFS for days now and when we do follow-up they tell us they are still processing. This has been frustrating.
Worst service ever! Trying to get fibre connection and they keep asking me tech questions and miscommunication with vumatel. Wrong address. Wow
