Order EV15350 – Still No Delivery. Zero Communication. Extremely Disappointing. I placed my order over a month ago and still have not received my product. EVERTREND has not sent a single update, does not respond to emails, and does not answer their phone. This level of service is completely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like the company is either grossly *********** or intentionally ignoring customers. I trusted this business with my money and got nothing in return — no product, no communication, no support. I strongly warn others to avoid EVERTREND. A company that cannot deliver orders or communicate with paying customers should not be operating.

EVERTREND is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever encountered. There is no communication whatsoever - they do not answer calls, ignore messages, and fail to provide any feedback. I’ve tried repeatedly to reach them, but it’s like dealing with a ghost company. Their complete lack of customer service, accountability, and basic professionalism is shocking. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with EVERTREND to stay far away. It’s been nothing but frustration, wasted time, and disappointment. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.
Extremely Poor Service – Woollies Dash Delivery Not Fulfilled and No Notification Dear Woolworths Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from Woollies Dash today. I placed a food order for delivery in Johannesburg, expecting it to arrive as scheduled. By 14:00, I had not received any delivery, message, or tracking update. After contacting your helpline, I was informed that no deliveries would be made today. This information was never communicated to me prior to my call. Such a lack of notification and transparency is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly for a service that promotes same-day reliability. This experience has been extremely disappointing. It demonstrates a lack of care for customers’ time and planning. I will not be using this service again unless Woolworths can demonstrate meaningful improvement in communication and reliability. I request confirmation that my order has been cancelled and that any charges have been fully refunded.

Dear ROBODOOR Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I have received from your company, specifically related to a recent quotation and installation agreement for a new security door. Following a visit from your salesperson, Alexander, I received a quotation for a new security door. Alexander was persistent in following up, repeatedly messaging me to accept the quotation. I eventually agreed to proceed and, on 9 April 2025, paid the full quoted amount in order to benefit from a discount that was offered. During our interactions, Alexander explicitly assured me that the new security door would be installed within 10 days of payment, due to the fact that my current security gate is non-functional — a matter of significant concern for my personal safety. However, I was subsequently contacted and informed that the installation would only take place on 14 May 2025, more than a month after payment and well beyond the promised timeframe. This delay is entirely unacceptable, especially given the assurance I received and the urgency of the situation. I request that this matter be urgently reviewed and resolved. I expect the installation to take place far sooner than the date currently communicated to me. Alternatively, I expect to be offered a full refund should your company be unable to honour the original commitment. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and advise on the steps that will be taken to rectify this situation.

BOSS PAVING JOHANNESBURG On 31st of January 2025, Brad visited the premises. I received the quotation on 3 February 2025. I paid the full amount. Received an email from Desiree (Informing me that the work will be done on 14th or 21st of February). NO further communication from BOSS paving. I phoned, and Desiree apologized for lack of communication and for not informing me of the date. TODAY is the 20th and I ONCE again had to phone. I was informed that I should have known that they will not be able to do the work (raining). My question: Is it incompetence/no consideration/unprofessional? Surely, you inform clients about delays/rescheduling?
