Dishonest and Disrespectful
Absolutely Deceitful Lies all round... The adverts are deceptive - amount you will pay is not the price advertised. We ended up paying owners Rates!!! They lie that your deposit goes into an investment account. They take 7 hours before they can handover the keys to you on arrival of the first day of your lease. They are absolutely unprofessional- Use cheap labor to install curtain rails. They do not care about your safety security or hygiene... if you want cupboards or burglar bars you have to wait 7 months. Yet when you move out to spite you they will get it done same time with cheap labor ofcourse... Ask them for a starter pack which includes door keys... kitchen stoppers etc. After 6 months of diligently paying your rent you still won’t receive it... Oh and when you eventually move out they bad mouth you to new tenants - customer courtesy??? None!!! Beware of the Frauds!! Who feel nothing to lie in your face!!

VW barons Tokai & VW Roadside Assistance
So I bought my Polo Vivo Maxx 2015 brand spanking new from the VW Barons in Tokai,after a mere 3 months the car suddenly failed to start..this happened 5 times <br> Each time I take it to VW barons TOKAI they are unfriendly,rude and unhelpful. They cannot at all diagnose the problem neither are they willing to arrange a courtesy vehicle. Changing the starter, wiring etc did not solve the problem..<br> <br> VW Roadside assistance is also pathetic. I waited 4 hours for roadside assistance in a dodge area near athlone..finally a technician arrives fails to diagnose the problem once again..instead of waiting for the tow services..rushes off leaving a vulnerable female to wait an hour and a half for the towing services to arrive<br> <br> So if VW cannot arrange courtesy cars for their customers whenever the inevitable breakdown happens then what kind of service do you pride yourself on? they cannot even diagnose a car that they developed??...<br> VW DO YOU VALUE THE LIVES OF YOUR CUSTOMERS?<br> <br> VW TOKAI STAFF REQUIRE COMMUNICATION AND EMPATHY SKILLS URGENTLY AND THE PROPER TECHNICAL SKILLS TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS WITH THE CARS THEY SELL.<br> <br> As I write here my car is at A DIFFERENT VW barons WITH THE SAME PROBLEM
