Gutters ok but I had them install a roof membrane and all the membrane joins have separated and opened. They agreed to come back and fix, but its just over a month and still no urgency even tho it was rainy season. Chasing seems to have no effect so am now resorting to bad reviews
Work was great. I only had to go back for some bumper clips which were minor - I wanted the original clips instead of cable ties. One caution is if you want them to do extra work which insurance does not cover, they tend to charge a lot.
Booked my car in for an engine light issue. Got 3 calls explaining they had not started work on it yet, then once it went into the workshop, they went silent. 3 days later I finally got a diagnosis which seems improbable and is not covered under motor plan. Since when does it take all day for a software upgrade (which I never requested) I started getting suspicious when the initial feedback said it was a fuel sensor, then while chatting he mentioned something about low voltage causing it only to get a confirmed diagnosis saying the adblue relay was faulty but they may need to replace the entire tank! The engine light only came on now after I had the car for a year. Its curious cos the adblue level is below a third and the warnings are coming up now. But for 14K to replace a relay which they say is "definately faulty" I'll try top it up and see. R41 000 for an adblue tank replacement is unthinkable. Being threatened with motorplan cancellation again when I've paid every time anyway just makes it worse. Next car wont be a mercedes at this rate. Why accept a booking when the car sits in the queue until 2pm.
3 visits to this dealership in the last 5 months and now they cancel my motor plan. I took it in for an electrical fault and they do technical analysis on everything else and then refuse to work on it. After reviewing the long list which even included pop out windows faulty which my model does not have since 2015, some items required urgent attention. Next day I asked for quote to get it fixed without the motor plan... Am still waiting for it. The previous two visits were similar haggling over the motor plan but ended up with it being partially applied. I only had to pay in R8000 every time for parts due to accident damage. This dealership does not value customers nor promote the brand in a positive manner. There is poor feedback, they keep the car overnight (averaging 3 days now each time) and inconvenience the customer further. Dont get me started on mercedes me...
Horrible support process. You log a ticket. as soon as they respond its closed. Even if they just ask for more info. They say uncapped, unshaped etc, but recent changes on their network have killed access to my home webserver which I have used for a year on their network. When calling the helpdesk, they couldn't help but if I never changed anything on my side, how come it stopped working? The guy says they dont block any ports. but from a cellular connection I am able to access port 80 on one fibre provider but the mweb fibre is failed. It only shows port 1720 open but the local network has no 1720 in sight. They have something in between. I was able to connect on 443 but its dog slow. Cant wait till I can switch providers without penalty
No fuss, Came, Measured, built, Installed. Pain free. One remark is the feedback is sketchy. They reduced the profile size but got a thicker stronger grade for the support pole and never told me, so when they came to install it did not match what was on the quote. After clarifying we all good but they should have agreed up front.
I originally used the DIY kit in 2008. Super impressed with how long it lasted. reapplying and hoping for another 12 years or more. Philip was quick to reply and showed great product knowledge with good detailed answers to my question about covering spider cracks and the original primer coat showing through. Delivery was quick and correct first time.
Great service. Good attention to detail. Designed my steel deck and installed exactly as per design. Communication could use some work where they suddenly arrive to install without confirming exact times.
Quick to quote but after making payment, things fell apart. Sales guy never saw my proof of payment so it went a couple days without being processed. Then promised to still deliver this week and guess what... disappointing.
They enable selling of no longer needed items with ease. They do identify people trying to abuse the system and trying to scam users, but this needs to be more aggressive as much can happen with a 24hour turnaround. Overall, their services are great. I still wish the search feature would be more selective and not always give results which dont match my search at all. #BlackFriday
