Ek het my man het Donderdag, 15 Junie, met die Fortuner vanaf Fraserburg gery na Upington, 25km buite Brandvlei het die voertuig 'n helse geraas gemaak en ons het onmiddelik gestop en besef dat die ratkas het gegaan. Ons het in die wind en reën vir 3 ure gestaan en sukkel met syn. Intussen het ek toe met Vasco van Insure Africa gepraat en toe met Luthando ge-whatsapp, nadat ek die polis nommer, registrasie nommer, ID nommer en die dashboard foto vir hom gestuur het, was ons ingelig dat die maatskappy, Constantia, by wie ons polis is, gelikwideer het, maar was nooit in kennis gestel nie. Die versekering maatskappy / roadsideassistance, het gister bevestig dat hulle ons nie gaan help nie. Bogger julle. Vandat die maatskappy gelikwideer het tot hede trek hulle nogsteeds die maandelikse paaiement van my man se rekening af, m.a.w., volgens ons is die maatskappy nog aan die gang, maar feitlik nie. Dit is regtig belaglik.

Kaap Agri Vredendal and Hisense, you are disgusting I live in the NC, bought a wasching machine, Hisense, from Kaap Agri Vredendal. It packed up just before lockdown, I was told to wait till lockdown was finished. After lockdown, we contacted Agri Vredendal, I was told that a technician would come out. We waited for weeks for the technical person to pitch and fix the machine. Then we were told that Hisense was not going to send a technical person, but abandon the machine and refund us. A week later Agri wanted a bank letter to refund us. 10 days later we phoned then again and they said they waiting for a credit note from Hisense. Then we phoned Hisense to organise a credit note and then after we send it to Agri Vredendal, they said that they can't refund us unless they have the machine. 3 weeks later we are still waiting for them to collect the machine. I am listening to story after story after story. I own a guest house where 100's of people are coming through my door. Oh boy I will have a field day telling those people about my Hisense experience. Please never buy Hisense as they OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER. The machine was collected on 2 December 2020. My last contact with Hisense was on 8 December 2020, with no reply.
