I'm trying to contact this so called online dealer for the last week and no response. They delivered the incorrect item, instead of the LCD tablet, I received ear phones. Their website says they will respond within 48hours, which is untrue. The contact number does not exist. I will never order from them again.
I purchased a Ferrari pram in March 2015 with receipt of no warranty information.<br> <br> The pram broke at the back support and stitching came loose in November 15. I reported this to the store manager who proclaimed they have a six month warranty and that she cannot help me. The six month warranty was never mentioned at purchase point and no paper provided.<br> <br> I emailed their customer service and two days later received a call from the same store manager, confirming the area manager would like to assess the pram.<br> <br> A few days before Christmas, the pram was returned to the store to be assessed, no feedback has been received to this date being 18/01/2016.<br> <br> I contacted the store on 18/01/2016 at 10:15, whereby the store manager was not available and was told by her assistant that the area manager assessed the pram and there's nothing they can. I need to fix the pram and pay for it.<br> <br> Throughout the entire holidays, my daughter has been without a pram and to be told almost at the end of January 16 that I need to fix and pay myself. I would say this is absolutely pathetic service. May daughter only turned one on 07 January 16, so how can a such an expensive pram have broken so quickly
