I purchased a rental bed for my sister who has cancer and has just had major surgery. She is based in JHB. I made the purchase on Friday, 11 Aug 2023, the bed was delivered the following Thursday (shipped all the way from Cape Town) and fully assembled today, Friday, 18th. Throughout the purchasing and delivery process, Lesley-Ann has kept me up to date and in the loop via email. I never had to ask. Roger and Debbie who supported with the assembly in JHB was very empathetic and supportive of my sister's situation, continued to sanitise and clean throughout the assembly process. They even wanted to make the bed up for her. This is such phenomenal service and Roger and Debbie demonstrated such great care and understanding towards my sister who is not physically able to do this for herself. You have all gone above and beyond here and I am so proud to associate myself with such a fantastic, ethical and professional business. Thank you so much Hillyne, Lesley-Ann, Roger and Debbie for the phenomenal AND speedy service. My sister can now commence her cancer recovery with comfort, good rest and peace. After applying online to UNISA last year in time...I have yet to receive ANY feedback from them. After emailing and phoning since October 2015 up until this day STILL nothing. Once in December I managed to get through and get a student number out of them so I could pay my application fee. With all my correspondence and POP UNISA Parow Campus still could not help me today. Instead I am told \they"cannot FIND my application on system and that I have to wait until the 30th of January. If I receive no feedback by then I am to assume that I have to re apply for either 2nd semester or next year. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? What kind of service is that? The woman who assists me doesn't say anything to me in terms of the way forward. Just I have to wait. No compassion as I have been sitting at the campus in a queue from after 8 to 4pm in the afternoon. I am ashamed to be potentially studying at this institution. How PATHETIC. There are other words but it's really a disgrace. UNISA should feel ashamed! We PAY for this it is not FREE EDUCATION the least one can get is a damn RESPONSE!!!! Pathetic! !!"""
